Ingredients:

  • 12 oz cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbls sour cream or greek yogurt
  • 1 tbls honey

Instructions:

  1. Let cream cheese stand for about an hour at room tempature to soften
  2. Grease a 6" pan
  3. Prehead oven to 350 degrees
  4. Mix all ingredients
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes
  6. Lower oven temp to 300 degrees
  7. Bake for 40-45 more minutes
  8. Turn oven off
  9. Let cake sit in closed oven for 1 hours
  10. Open oven door
  11. Let cake sit on rack until room temprature
  12. Then refrigerater
